The purpose of this consultation is to take out and manage a property damage insurance contract and insurance for uninsured tenants.

The contract is divided into two parts:

- Part 1 will be reserved for insurance benefits (proposals and definition of guarantees, coverage ceiling, etc.);

- Part 2 will be reserved for management services (including claims and production of insurance documents).
