Description:
Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Stary Sącz Commune, Nawojowa Commune and Łącko Commune

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the municipalities of Stary Sącz, Nawojowa and Łącko.

The order is divided into the following three parts:

PART 1: Collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,

PART 2: Collection and management of bio-waste,

PART 3: Collection and management of separately collected municipal waste.

Within a given part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to conclude a separate contract with each of the Contracting Authorities jointly conducting the procedure.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the annexes to the SWZ (in particular Annexes 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 3.1 and 3.2).

PART 1: Collection and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 from the area of residential real estate, real estate on which there are cottages and other used for recreation and leisure purposes, a reloading point in Łąck (plot No. 1617/10) and uninhabited real estate indicated in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ.

The contractor will also be obliged to collect and manage waste in emergency situations. The Ordering Party considers an emergency situation to be a situation that it could not foresee, e.g. fire, throwing waste into the municipality, flood, etc.

For the duration of the contract, the Contractor shall equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers that meet the requirements set out in this Annex.

PART 2: Collection and management of bio-waste

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and management of biowaste including waste from gardens (code 20 02 01) and other biodegradable waste, including kitchen waste (code 20 01 08) from residential real estate, real estate on which there are cottages and other used for recreation and leisure purposes and PSZOK.

The Contractor will provide bags with capacity as part of the subject of the contract. 120 l for selective collection of biowaste, made of semi-transparent film, with high tear strength, in brown color with the "BIO" marking.

For the duration of the contract, the Contractor shall equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers that meet the requirements set out in this Annex.

PART 3: Collection and management of separately collected municipal waste

The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the collection and development of the following types of waste:

(a) municipal waste separately collected in containers or bags, comprising:

I. glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),

II. paper and paperboard (code 20 01 01, 15 01 01),

III. plastic packaging (code 20 01 39, 15 01 02),

iv. metal (code 15 01 04, 20 01 40),

v. multi-material packaging (code 15 01 05), provided that the waste listed in points III. and IV. may be collected together in one container or bag,

(b) ashes from individual (domestic) hearth collected selectively in containers or bags (code 20 01 99),

(c) bulky waste (code 20 03 07),

(d) waste electrical and electronic equipment (code 20 01 35*, 20 01 36),

(e) worn tyres (code 16 01 03),

(f) waste from construction and repair works (code: 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 03 80, 17 04 07, 1 706 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04, 20 03 99),

(g) expired medicines (code 20 01 32),

(h) hazardous waste arising in households including chemicals, used batteries and batteries and others (code: 20 01 13*, 20 01 14*, 20 01 15*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 33*),

(i) waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels (code 20 01 99),

(j) clothing and textiles (code 20 01 10, 20 01 11).

Waste will be collected from the area of residential properties, real estate on which there are cottages and other used for recreation and leisure purposes, uninhabited properties indicated in Annex 3.1 to SWZ, PSZOK and the reloading point in Łąck (plot No. 1617/10).

The Contractor will provide bags with capacity as part of the subject of the contract. 120 l for separate collection of waste referred to in point 1.a, made of semi-transparent film with high tear strength.

For the duration of the contract, the Contractor shall equip the properties listed in Annex 3.2 to the SWZ with waste collection containers that meet the requirements set out in this Annex.
