1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment in the following quantities:
- portable computers – laptop – 855 pcs.,
- desktop computer – ALL in One – 122 pcs.,
- tablet - 66 st.
2. The equipment should be brand new and complete (with full wiring) and marked by the manufacturer in such a way that it is possible to identify both the product and the manufacturer and should come from an authorized sales network – the official sales channel for the European Union market, as well as be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. In addition, the equipment should be free from defects and from the burden of third party rights and come from legal sources.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements related to the implementation of this order, method of implementation and the required technical parameters of deliveries are included in Annex 2 to SWZ.

4. Whenever in the content of the SWZ, including the Technical Specification of the offered supplies, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, the subject of the contract is described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or special process, the Ordering Party shall allow the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution.
5. The Contractor, who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the hardware/software offered by him meets the requirements set out in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Equivalence in terms of technical parameters,
in particular, it is to ensure that technical parameters are not inferior to those adopted by the Ordering Party.
6. A minimum 24 month quality warranty period is required for the delivered item of the order, excluding the battery warranty period for laptops and tablets for which this period is 12 months.
7. The warranty period starts to run from the date of signing the delivery acceptance protocol
- without reservation by both parties to the contract.
In order to confirm the compliance of the offered equipment with the requirements set out in this SWZ, the contracting authority requests that the tender be accompanied by the means of proof in the form of a completed comparative table with the subject of the contract offered by the contractor, together with specific parameters, manufacturer, model and type (the recommended content is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ called the technical specification of the supplies offered).
If the contractor does not submit the means of proof in question or the evidence in question is incomplete, the contracting authority shall call on the contractor to supplement them.
