The purpose of the adoption is the restoration and re-construction of asphalt and concrete pavements on regional roads and the redevelopment of cycle paths in bituminous pavements in the Aalst and Flemish Ardennes region at the following locations:
- Yard zone 1: N41, kmpt. 0.470 - 2.700 (both directions) in Aalst.
Complete demolition and reconstruction of the existing pavement and linear elements from gooikenstraat to Steenweg on Dendermonde (kmpt. 1.15-2.7). Milling and resurfacing of top and/or bottom layer between Gooikenstraat and roundabout (kmpt. 0.47-1.15).
- Yard zone 2: N459, kmpt. 0.900 to 3.925 (both directions) in Oudenaarde/Wortegem-Petegem:
Complete demolition of concrete roadway and resurfacing in bituminous pavements. Bituminous lowering of the concrete cycle paths after milling.
- Site zone 3: N9 Aalst, kmpt. 27.100-28.550 (both directions) in Aalst
Milling and re-laying bituminous top and bottom layer roadway. Redevelopment of cycle paths in bituminous pavement, redevelopment of footpaths, local adaptation of green verges and exit lanes, construction of bus stops, local adjustments to side streets, construction of linear elements
- Yard zone 4: N405 Aalst, kmpt. 0.570-1.660 (ascending and descending), kmpt. 2,200 and 2,400 (descending) and kmpt. 2,400 and 2,550 (ascending): demolition of cycle path in pavement and reconstruction in bituminous pavements, as well as the construction of bus stops and linear elements
- Yard zone 5: N405, kmpt. 3.065-4.465 in Denderleeuw

The contract mainly comprises:
- the necessary site and diversion signs;
- grubbing up of plants,
- carrying out earthworks;
- the disposal of soils;
- excavation with removal;
- partial milling to a depth of 4cm, 10cm or more;
- breaking up and removing unreinforced cement concrete pavement;
- breaking up and re-laying linear elements, including replacing or raising the height of street eddies,
- the breaking up of concrete paving stones or cobblestones, whether or not for re-construction (both large and small areas);
- replacing existing ones with new sewer covers, with or without renewed superstructure;
- the raising of sewer covers;
- various preparatory works;
- the construction of sub-foundations;
- the construction of foundations;
- the construction of asphalt pavements;
- the construction of clinker pavements;
- placement of new linear elements,
- the renewal of bus stops;
- the creation of green areas and the execution of planting works
- the affixing of thermoplastic markings,
- the supply and installation of road signs;
- maintenance of the works during the guarantee period
