structural analysis according to § 24 Abs. 3 SV-VO

The NRW. URBAN GmbH & Co. KG (client) is a trustee of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and deals with the construction of new buildings, including technical equipment and associated outdoor facilities for the accommodation of the research production battery cell at the Münster site (construction project).

The FFB will be realized in two construction phases. In a 1st construction phase, which is not the subject of this VgV procedure, battery cell research is carried out with test and sample lines. In the 2nd construction phase, which is the subject of this VgV process, battery cell research is carried out with three production lines. For this purpose, a new building tailored to the needs of the FFB will be planned and implemented on a building plot of around 39,000 m² in the south of Münster.

For the construction project, a basic determination and preliminary planning (work phases 1 and 2 according to HOAI) has already been carried out. Currently, the design planning (performance phase 3 according to HOAI) is processed by the general planning. For this purpose, the test services of the structural analysis in accordance with the Expert Ordinance (SV-VO) are to be awarded within the framework of this VgV procedure.
