The subject of the contract is the bank service of the budget of the City of Kielce and organizational units of the Ordering Party included in the public finance sector, listed in Annex 1 to the model contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ for a period of 48 months.

1. The subject of the contract is the bank service of the budget of the City of Kielce and organizational units of the Ordering Party included in the public finance sector, listed in Annex 1 to the model contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including its expected scope of activities / services for a period of 48 months, the conditions and method of performance of the subject of the contract shall specify:

2.1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, constituting at the same time Annex No. 3 to the agreement on the principles of banking services,

2.2. Specification of automatic loading and posting of daily statements downloaded from the banking system, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ,

2.3. model agreement on the principles of providing banking services, constituting Annex No. 8

of the SWZ,

2.4. a model overdraft agreement, constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
