The objective of this notice is to procure consultancy services with competence levels and in a scope that is necessary to fulfil the existing competence gap in CYFOR. This involves performing day-to-day system management, while building expertise regarding future systems.

The consultant will fill a role as SAP HRM PA (personal administration), including support and contribute to competence building in the Norwegian Defence's own system experts.

The consultant must provide assistance for CDA within the SAP PS field.

- Adapt SAP HCM generally and PA particularly to handle the current requirements

- Participate in the implementation, troubleshooting, and further development, as well as configure systems within the personal administration field.

- Contribute to competence building in the Norwegian Defence's own resources within SAP PA.

- Assist in strategic choices for the development of the Norwegian Defence's SAP system.
