The Federal Office for Family and Civic Assignment (BAFzA) intends, within the framework of a negotiated procedure with participation in acc. Section 119 (5) GWB in conjunction with Section 14 (3) No. 3 VgV to procure personnel deployment planning software.

The helpdesks "Violence against women" and "Pregnant women in need" were transferred to the Federal Office for Family and Civic Assistance (BAFzA) in Cologne. These two tasks are carried out together in an organizational unit of the Federal Office (Referent Hilfefelfeone). Qualified counselors offer 24 hours anonymously and free initial consultation, information and referral to support facilities and contact points on site.

BAFzA plans to procure personnel deployment planning software to support shift planning (including payroll accounting and leave calculation) for about 100 consultants. In addition to the actual application, there is the following additional need for support:

- configuration / adaptation of the software to the requirements of the BAFzA,

- conducting multiplier training,

- Project Management.
