Open procedure (EU-wide) for the award of security services Lot 1: for WE 143593: Bildungszentrum Ith, Auf dem Ith 3, in 37632 Holzen-Ith, Direktion MagdeburgThe Federal Institute for Real Estate Tasks (client (AG)) intends to outsource partial services of infrastructural building management in the form of security services (SDL) for the specified property to an external service provider (contractor, (AN)).
The aim of the service contract to be awarded is to meet the security needs of the employees of the guarded facility. The property must be protected in accordance with safety and the required safety-related aspects in compliance with applicable laws, guidelines and requirements. Order and security must be maintained, dangers and damage must be averted and people, property and assets must be protected.
Due to the external effect of the user, a service-oriented behavior and a correspondingly maintained and correct external appearance is required for the personnel used by the Contractor to carry out the order.
The future contractor will provide the services:
The property management has overall responsibility for the guarding to be provided by the contractor. The property management or the representative is not itself involved in the work of points 3.3 and 3.4 of these LB, but can be reached by the AG by telephone at the following times:
Monday to Friday from 00:00 to 24:00, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 06:00 to 10:00, between Christmas and New Year (24/12 to 01/01 each year) from 06:00 to 10:00.
During the seminar weeks, the inpatient security service is provided by the contractor in pairs. The reception must be staffed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) as follows:
First line-up:
Monday to Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.,
If Monday falls on a public holiday, the service starts on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.,
If Friday falls on a public holiday, then the service ends on Thursday at 07:15,
Second line-up:
Monday to Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.,
If Monday falls on a public holiday, the service starts on Tuesday at 19:00,
If Friday falls on a public holiday, then the service ends on Thursday at 07:00.
On average, 44 seminar weeks per year are assumed.
The mobile security service carries out inspection rounds on the property at irregular intervals (in accordance with service instructions).

Monday (1st day of the seminar, except public holidays) from 3:15 p.m. to 12:00 p.m.,
If Monday falls on a public holiday, the service starts on Tuesday at 3:15 p.m.,
Tuesday to Thursday from 00:00 to 08:00 and from 15:15 to 24:00,
Friday (excluding public holidays) from 00:00 to 08:00,
If Friday falls on a public holiday, then the service ends on Thursday at 08:00.
It is assumed that there will be 42 to 44 seminar weeks per year.
The mobile security service carries out inspection rounds on the property at irregular intervals in single staffing.
