The scope of the Assignment that is put out to tender concerns the contractor's execution of the entire service in the field of international business travel for the benefit of the Client. More specifically, the Assignment concerns the booking of:

- any desired flight to and from the Netherlands with or without immediately connecting (domestic) flights for one or more persons;

- any desired hotel accommodation, following the flight booked by the Contractor, for one or more persons;

- any other form of transport of the passengers, following the flight booked by the Contractor, for one or more persons. Other forms of transport include taxi, train, ferry.

The Assignment covers the entire process of selecting, booking and, if necessary, changing and cancelling. The Contractor provides a Booking Tool for this and takes care of the complete administration and financial handling, personal support and complaint handling via a helpdesk.
