The purpose of this Dynamic Acquisition System is to select suppliers for the manufacture and supply of the Public Transport Card (hereinafter, TTP), the current support that contains the different titles of the fare offer of the public transport system of the Community of Madrid and whose characteristics are specified in the specifications of particular technical prescriptions. These Cards, in terms of their essential characteristics, are defined in the documentation governing the contract taking into account their material (in relation to their disposal, from an environmental perspective), their cost (so that it is as economical as possible for the end user, a citizen who uses Madrid's public transport) and their innovation (from the perspective of security and protection of personal data).
