1.The subject of the contract is the supply and replacement of lighting with energy-saving LEDs in the City Hall in Suwałki, Mickiewicza 1 street in Suwałki, I High School in Suwałki and Primary School No. 11 in Suwałki.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts:

Part 1 - City Hall in Suwałki, 1 Mickiewicza Street in Suwałki, 1 Mickiewicza Street, 16-400 Suwałki.

Part 2 – I High School in Suwałki, 3 Mickiewicza Street, 16-400 Suwałki.

Part 3 - Primary School No. 11 in Suwałki, 66 Szpitalna Street, 16-400 Suwałki.

3.The detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the "description of the subject of the contract", the essential provisions of the contract and documentation together with attached technical drawings showing the scope for the replacement of lighting.

4. The Contractor is obliged to dispose of dismantled luminaires at his own expense.

3. The Contractor is obliged to dispose of dismantled luminaires at his own expense.

4.Na duration of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to secure the area of the contract in a way that allows undisturbed work in buildings.

5. The work may be carried out during the work of the office and / or school after prior agreement with the User

6. The Contractor of each part is obliged to make and install 1 commemorative plaque in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The boards should be made in accordance with the guidelines for information and promotion of projects co-financed by the European Union under the project of the Regional Operational Programme of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020. The Contractor is obliged to agree the design and content of the boards and the place of their placement with the Ordering Party.

7.The order concerns a project financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Operational Programme of the Podlaskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020.

8.The Contractor shall perform the contract from materials provided for in the documentation, SST or equivalent materials.

9.The Contractor is obliged to provide the necessary personnel with appropriate building licenses necessary for the proper performance of the task. The above personnel shall be reported by the Contractor for approval to the Contracting Entity.

10.The contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance part of the contract are not awarded to it.
