In the execution of the order, on the basis of documents provided by the Contracting Authority, taking into account the requirements for the subject of the contract specified
in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ or OPZ — Annex No 1 to SWZ) and Designed Contract Placements (PPU — Annex 2 to SWZ), the Contractor is obliged to deliver, assemble and launch the Motion Capture System (Motion Capture), within the Centre Comic and Narrative together with the necessary adaptation of the room and the conduct of instructions for employees in the scope presented in the SOPZ.
In the execution of the order, on the basis of documents provided by the Contracting Authority, taking into account the requirements for the subject of the contract specified
in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ or OPZ — Annex No 1 to SWZ) and Designed Contract Placements (PPU — Annex 2 to SWZ), the Contractor is obliged to deliver, assemble and launch the Motion Capture System (Motion Capture), within the Centre Comic and Narrative together with the necessary adaptation of the room and the conduct of instructions for employees in the scope presented in the SOPZ.
Under the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular, be obliged to
1) delivery of three-dimensional motions capture system (Motion Capture);
2) the execution of the assembly and finishing works necessary for the correct installation and commissioning of all components supplied within the subject of the contract;
3) wiring of all equipment necessary for the operation of the system;
4) integration of the MOCAP system with other systems for post-production image from vector-point graphics files (e.g. game path, video post-production room, etc.);
5) the supply of all software necessary for the correct startup and operation of the supplied equipment with the launch of this software (in particular the operating system, drivers, programs that fulfill the functions indicated in the SOPZ, etc.);
6) obtaining all the functionality described in the SOPZ, in particular ensuring that a complete set enables simultaneous registration of a minimum of 3 persons in an active field measuring 6 by 6 meters (a room in full size 6 by 10 meters). The solution provided must enable data capture automation and pre-visualization in real time.
7) Installation of cameras on the substructure which must be delivered and mounted. A comprehensive solution must be based on cameras placed in space;
8) grant appropriate licences for any supplied elements of the subject of the Agreement requiring the transfer of the license;
9) provide and implement the substantive content described in SOPZ in the form of backfires and avatars;
10) dismantling and re-assembling existing components of the fire control system and other teletechnical components, in particular fire detectors and detector lights and DSO speakers), as well as emergency and evacuation lighting (if such occurs) if necessary;
11) warranty and warranty benefits under the terms provided for in the Agreement;
12) instruct the personnel of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with § 6 of the proposed provisions of the contract.
