Tuomi Logistiikka Oy asks for a mandate from the City of Tampere for Employment and Growth Services for the acquisition of an integrator model for the entrepreneur's services program beginning.

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is requesting a mandate from the City of Tampere for Employment and Growth Services for the acquisition of services related to the integrator model of the entrepreneur's services programme.

In the integrator model, a service integrator operates between the subscriber and the services being produced, which is the contracting partner of the subscriber responsible for producing the services to be acquired with its own contracting partners. Services that had been dispersed in this past have been coordinated into one (1) program in a customer-oriented manner.

The role of the integrator is to predict and figure out demand so that customers are better informed about what services are available and the integrator will put services at the right time and right place.

The integrator assembles a network of service providers with which the integrator collectively produces the actual services, i.e. the work packages described in the call for tender and Annex 4 to the contract.

The service provider undertakes the active development of the integrator model in cooperation with the subscriber (City of Tampere) and other users of the contract (Municipalities of Tampere).
