The purpose of this procurement is to enter into a contract with a contractor to execute the contract

‘D006 Air treatment system and D007 Automation’.

The building consists of five main floors and three mezzanines above ground in addition to a basement floor (U1) with a mezzanine/gallery (U1G). Through the contract ‘D006 Air treatment system and D007 Automation’ the contracting authority shall procure:

— Air treatment system.

— Pressurization emergency escape stairs.

— Building management system.

— Energy management system.

— Automation of technical installations.

— Options for entering into service and maintenance agreements.
