Description:
Commercial and operational service of CNG stations

The subject of the contract is the provision of commercial and operational service of the CNG Station, divided into the following parts:

part no. 1 – Świdnik,

part no. 2 – Wrocław,

part no. 3 – Kraków,

part no. 4 – Poznań.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 4 to the SWZ. In addition, the description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Model Contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (in particular in § 4 and 5) and annexes to the Model Contract.

Part no. 1 – Świdnik

The subject of the contract in part 1 is the provision of commercial and operational service of the CNG Station located in Świdnik at Al. Tysiąclecia 6a. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 4 to the SWZ. In addition, the description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Model Contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (in particular in § 4 and 5) and annexes to the Model Contract.

Part no. 2 – Wrocław

The subject of the contract in part 2 is the provision of commercial and operational service of the CNG Station located in Wrocław at 5 Gazowa Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 4 to the SWZ. In addition, the description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Model Contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (in particular in § 4 and 5) and annexes to the Model Contract.

Part no. 3 – Krakow

The subject of the contract in part 3 is the provision of commercial and operational service of the CNG Station located in Krakow at 86 Balicka Street. In addition, the description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Model Contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (in particular in § 4 and 5) and annexes to the Model Contract.
