GBLT intends to contract a contractor for the delivery, installation, management, maintenance, programming and delivery of an integral solution of the telephony environment for the Customer Contact Center (KCC) to handle external customer contacts. All GBLT employees are in possession of an IPhone for business use. There are no fixed-connected phones throughout the organization.

In the current situation, the KCC has around 7,000 outbound calls and 230,000 incoming calls a year.
