1.The subject of the contract is the cleaning of tram tracks located in the m.st of Warsaw.

2.The order is divided into two lots:

- part I - cleaning and washing of paved surfaces of tram tracks in asphalt buildings or prefabricated slabs, excluding snow removal;

- part II - sweeping paved surfaces of tram tracks at bus stop platforms, excluding snow removal.

The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids. The contractor may submit a tender for both lots of the contract.

Part I - cleaning and washing of paved surfaces of tram tracks in asphalt or prefabricated slabs, excluding snow removal.

The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ employees based on an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended), to perform cleaning and washing of paved tram tracks in asphalt buildings or from prefabricated slabs.

Detailed conditions related to the employment of employees based on an employment contract are set out in Annex 5 to the model contract.

The quality standards of the work performed and the conditions for the implementation of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the model contract.

The detailed scope of work is specified in Annex 3 to the model contract.

The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4 / I to the SWZ.

Part II - sweeping paved surfaces of tram tracks at bus stop platforms, excluding snow removal. The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ employees on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, to perform the following activities: sweeping paved surfaces of tram tracks at bus stop platforms. Detailed conditions related to the employment of employees based on an employment contract are set out in Annex 3 to the model contract. The quality standards of the work performed and the conditions for the implementation of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the model contract. The detailed scope of work is specified in Annex 2 to the model contract. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 4/II to the SWZ.
