- P1: Energy supply;
- P2: Operation / maintenance and small servicing;
- P3: Major maintenance and renewal (Ger) - replacement, repairs and immediate or preventive renewal of equipment that is failing or at risk of being defective;
- Profit-sharing of the holder following a commitment of energy consumption.
Some sites are connected to a heating network. For these sites, the market is of the PFI-GER type (P2 / P3 / Profit-sharing).
The contract also provides for the management of domestic hot water (DHW) on certain sites.

The visit of the main sites of realization of the services is mandatory to submit an offer, in order to understand the conditions of realization of the services and the state of the installations.
The contract having been relaunched without technical innovations, any candidate who has already made the visit is not obliged to do it again, he will submit in his tender the certificate that was given to him previously.
