The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity for the building of the National Science Centre in Krakow at 16 Twardowskiego Street. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.
1. Subject of the contract: The subject of the contract includes the purchase of electricity for the building of the National Science Centre in Krakow at 16 Twardowskiego Street. The Contracting Authority estimates that the energy demand in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 will amount to 620 MWh.
NOTE: The estimated amount of energy ordered is only indicative for comparing offers and in no case constitutes an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for failure to consume the expected amount of energy.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to swz.
3. The Customer's measuring system is adapted to the TPA principle.
4. Indication of the subject of the contract according to the code of the Common Procurement Dictionary (CPV): 09310000-5 Electricity, 09300000-2 Electricity, heat, solar and nuclear energy
5. Currently, the Ordering Party has concluded a contract for the supply of electricity with Renpro Sp. z o.o. The contract is concluded for a definite period until 31.12.2022. This procedure for the award of a public contract for the supply (sale) of electricity to the registered office of the Ordering Party is another change of the electricity seller.
6. The Contractor should have concluded a general electricity distribution agreement with the local Distribution System Operator providing distribution services, i.e. TAURON Dystrybucja Spółka Akcyjna, Podgórska 25A, 31-035 Kraków, with which the Ordering Party has concluded an agreement for the provision of electricity distribution services for an indefinite period.
7. Due to the fact that the circumstances referred to in Article 95(1) of the PPL Act do not apply, the Ordering Party does not require the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the field of contract performance on the basis of an employment relationship.
8. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.
9. The Ordering Party does not envisage the organisation of an on-site inspection.
