the purpose of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning with associated maintenance of mercury analyzers on the lines of Villejust's Energy Recovery unit.

The market consists of a firm slice and an optional slice, the breakdown of which is as follows:

- firm slice: One mercury analyzer per incineration line downstream of the flue gas treatment with maintenance over 1 year renewable once a year.

- Optional slice No. 1: A redundant analyzer common to both lines with maintenance

the lease of the optional tranche will be carried out no later than 24 months after the notification of this contract. It can be strengthened independently

The existing analyzers in place are located in an outdoor shelter that is currently too small to accommodate additional mercury analyzers.

The candidate will propose as a basic offer: a solution proposing an extension of the existing shelter analyzers allowing the implementation of 3 mercury analysis bays.

In free variant, the candidate will propose any other installation allowing the installation of 3 mercury analysis bays.

Supply services, assembly, commissioning, reception (including maintenance during the guarantee of perfect completion) will be carried out within an overall period guaranteed by the Holder. In any case, the installations must be approved no later than 31/08/2023
