The subject of the contract is the delivery of the Station building structure to Gdynia and assembly at the Station, consisting of two stages:

Stage 1 – execution and delivery of the main building structure along with the necessary technical infrastructure;

Stage 2 - assembly of the structure of the main building along with the necessary technical infrastructure.

Stage 1 – execution and delivery of the main building structure along with the necessary technical infrastructure, i.e.:

1. development of a workshop design of façade panels, containing detailed cuttings of individual elements and presenting it for acceptance by the Ordering Party,

2. execution of the emergency plan of closing the building and presenting it for approval by the Ordering Party,

3. Trial assembly in accordance with the guidelines contained in Annex 3 to OPZ

4. preparation of a plan for packing materials and presenting it for approval by the Ordering Party,

5. delivery of the Station building structure to the seaport in Gdynia and preparation of materials for transport in accordance with the guidelines contained in Annex 7 to OPZ

Stage 2 - assembly of the main building structure along with the necessary technical infrastructure, i.e.:

1. execution of a framework schedule of assembly works,

2. complete assembly of the Station Building Structure in accordance with: construction design (Annex 1 to OPZ), architectural design (Annex 2 to OPZ) and ventilation design (Annex 4 to OPZ),

3. finishing works together with other elements of the ventilation system.
