This call for tenders concerns CNES's support services in the implementation and appropriation of the new principles for the layout of office spaces and their application
As part of the tertiary decree, CNES has committed to a renovation plan for the Toulouse Space Centre (CST) and the Guiana Space Centre (CSG).
One of the strategic axes of these renovation plans is the evolution of working methods and workspaces.
By 2025, sizing projects have been or will be initiated for CNES's tertiary office buildings:
1. For the Toulouse Space Centre:
o Renovation of the Ampère building (capacity: ~70 residents)
o Renovation of the Lagrange building in the southern part (capacity: ~45 residents)
2. For the Guiana Space Centre:
o Renovation of Uranus buildings A, C, D
o Renovation of the Venus building (second floor for offices)
The planning principles are to be applied to all projects, including those already underway. Appropriate support should be considered to help them integrate these principles during the project.
The service expected by CNES is divided into three parts:
- Acculturation of employees to appropriate the design concepts established by CNES and the resulting changes in the organization of work
- Support for the implementation of office design principles for all current and future real estate subjects
- Support for the manager in charge of the transformation of workspaces for the application of the principles of layout, their adaptation on the basis of internal feedback, monitoring of the evolution of practices in the field
