The market includes:
• The design

MARKET CONDITIONS: The contract will be concluded with a multidisciplinary team bringing together all the skills required for the execution of the contract. The design-realization group will be composed of:
• A general contractor or joint grouped contractors (qualified and insured TCE), to carry out work all trades. The general contractor or the representative of the joint group of undertakings will be the joint and several representative of the joint group of economic operators awarded the contract.
• A project management component constituted as a sub-group of economic operators including at least one architect preferably representative of the subgroup, and a Technical Design Office.
The candidate may submit a single application, in the form of a consortium of companies, or with one or more subcontractors. However, the candidates are informed that the contract will be awarded to a joint group with joint and several representative (the latter will be the company or group of companies responsible for the implementation).
It is forbidden for a candidate to bid by acting both as an individual candidate and as a member of one or more groups, or as a member of more than one group.
