The wobra housing association of the city of Brandenburg an der Havel mbH is planning to award planning services as part of an open procedure in accordance with § 15 VgV:
Structural planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI; Basic services Service phases 1 to 6; Special performance: LPH 4 Proof of constructive fire protection, if necessary taking into account the temperature (hot measurement) in accordance with section 14.1 LPH 4 Special performance of Annex 14 to HOAI.
In a first stage, the contractor is commissioned with the required services in service phases 1-4 of structural design (basic determination, preliminary planning, design and approval planning).
The client then intends to commission the contractor in a second stage with the execution planning and preparation of the award (service phases 5 and 6).
The client intends to completely renovate a multi-storey building on its own property at Dosseweg 6-10 in Brandenburg an der Havel. The planned construction project is a block built in 1960 in 0.8 MP design with a gable roof, full basement, which was partially modernized in 1997/1998. The residential building consists of 5 staircases.
In addition to changes to the floor plan, the renovation is also intended to erect balconies and loggias. Likewise, the residential complex is to be opened up with 3 presented elevator systems including new staircases and an internal elevator. The facade should be provided with thermal insulation in accordance with EnEV. The basement ceilings should also be insulated.
The construction project is to be financed with funding from the ILB of the State of Brandenburg within the framework of social housing funding. The basis is the ILB funding program for the generation-appropriate and barrier-free adaptation of rental residential buildings through modernization and repair and the new rental apartment construction from October 10, 2019.
The service of the contractor must be performed on the following dates:
- Approval planning: end of November 2020;
- Execution planning: end of January 2021.
The maximum construction cost limit for KGR 300 and 400 is EUR 1,534.92 (net) per m
