1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection and management of municipal waste in the Municipality of Siewierz.
2. The subject matter of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the specification for ordering conditions (SWZ) — Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and includes in particular:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the City and Municipality of Siewierz,
2) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the holiday cottage is located, in the territory of the City and Municipality of Siewierz,
3) equipment, collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Siewierz at 11 Ściegna Street.

2) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the holiday cottage is located, in the territory of the City and Municipality of Siewierz,
3) equipment, collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Siewierz at 11 Ściegna Street.
2. Waste management is to ensure that adequate levels of recycling are reached, prepared for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. The Contractor is obliged to perform tasks in 2022 in accordance with the schedule applicable in the City and Municipality of Siewierz. The Contractor is obliged to prepare a schedule for the collection of waste for 2023, which additionally contains educational information, including, inter alia, the rules of waste segregation and for its printing and distribution to the owners of residing property and to the owners of real estate, which there is a summer cottage, also in case of possible changes. The schedule requires approval by the Contracting Authority each time. Detailed requirements for the schedule were indicated in the OZP.
4. The Contractor is obliged to equip and collect waste from the municipal selective collection point of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property and from the owners of the property on which the holiday cottage is located, located in the Municipality of Siewierz, hereinafter referred to as PSHOK-iem for the duration of the contract.
5. The Contractor is obliged to manage the received municipal waste in accordance with the applicable regulations.
6. The duties of the Contractor will be to organize in May or June 2023 the collection of large waste from the inhabited property and from the property on which the holiday cottage is located and municipal waste is generated — in the system at the “source”.
7. The duties of the Contractor will be to organize in May or June 2023 the collection of electrical and electronic waste from the inhabited property and from the property on which the holiday cottage is located — in the system at the “source”.
8. The Contractor is obliged to submit by electronic means to the Ordering Authority evidence (weight, artificial) confirming the transfer of waste to the installation.
9. The Contractor shall be obliged to have a storage and transport base with technical and office facilities that meet the requirements of building, sanitary and environmental regulations located in the Municipality of Siewierz or within a distance of not more than 60 km from the border of the municipality, in the territory to which holds a legal title.
10. The Contractor is obliged to own a number of vehicles in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for receiving municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) ensuring correct operation of the system in the City and the Municipality of Siewierz.
11. The obligation to employ persons by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship is defined in Chapter III point 40 of the SWZ.
12. Other requirements for the contract are defined by the SVP and the OPZ.
