The acquisition concerns property management and maintenance services, support services and outdoor area management services for real estate owned and managed by Kiinteistö Oy Kummati.
Procurement of real estate maintenance work consists of 3 different areas:
I Summer nursing work 2020–2022
II Emergency response for the period 2020-2022
- Property Maintenance Alerts
- Winter maintenance work, incl. Snow and sanding, weekend service Fri 3:30 pm - Sun 8:00 pm
III Winter Maintenance Work for Autumn Seasons Fall 2020 - Spring 2023.
The tenderer may submit his tender for all 3 lots or only for the lot of his choice.

Kiinteistö Oy Kummati owns and manages lawn mowing and finishing of lawns, patch sowing, mowing and care of hedges and shrubs. The work will be carried out on the contractor's equipment as a whole. The summer season is June 1st - August 31st.
