Supply of hardware and support services for the expansion of the hospital's internal Wi-Fi network through access points "AP305C-WR" (105 units), manufacturer: Extreme Networks, Inc.
Klinikum Werra-Meissner GmbH (hereinafter: KWM) provides basic and standard medical care, especially in the Werra-Meißner region with the clinic locations in Eschwege and Witzenhausen. Every year, around 19,000 inpatients and 36,000 outpatients are cared for. Through continuous investments in the hospital infrastructure, KWM ensures that patient care can be guaranteed at the highest level.
KWM is dependent on the provision of a high-performance Wi-Fi network as part of its hospital operations and, in view of the existing requirements for the IT infrastructure, has already laid the foundation for a needs-based access point architecture in recent years. The Wi-Fi access points already in use on site are the access points of the manufacturer Extreme Networks, Inc.
For the imminent further expansion of the access points, KWM needs for a five-year period:
• 105 x AP305C-WR, ExtremeCloud IQ Indoor WiFi 6 AP 2x2 radios with Dual 5GHz and 1x1GbE port. Integrated light/power sensors BLE/Zigbee. AI/ML green mode. Internal antennas. Includes Connect. Domain Rest of World
• 105 x AH-ACC-BKT-AX-TB, Mounting bracket for Prelude 15/16 and Suprafine 9/16 ceilings supported on AP630 AP650 AP650X AP305C AP305CX AP410C AP510C AP510CX

• 105 x 95600-AP305C-WR, PWP TAC OS AP305C-1-WR, Laufzeit: 60 Monate
For technical reasons, it is imperative that the existing hardware architecture be expanded with the same components in order to meet demand.
The call for services will take place successively. A first call for services is planned no later than six weeks after the award of the contract. The further provision of services depends on the actual course of the project.
