North Wales Housing Association is an award winning social housing provider. It is a not for profit organisation and is responsible for approximately 2 500 properties. North Wales Housing Association intends to procure a cleaning service to be carried out in communal areas in a range of properties including flats, sheltered housing and office spaces. The areas that need to be cleaned in each property vary between locations but include external areas such as:

— bin stores,

— car parks and walkways,

— entrance doors and porches,

— hallways,

— corridors,

— lifts and stairways,

— kitchens,

— communal lounges,

— guest rooms,

— laundry rooms,

— reception and

— office areas.
