FOR THE AWARD OF THE CATERING SERVICE CONTRACT, WITH THE APPLICATION OF THE MINIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL CRITERIA PURSUANT TO ART. 34 D. LGS. 50/2016, AT THE STRUCTURE OF VIA SANT'AGATA, SIENA AND AT THE UNIVERSITY FOR FOREIGNERS OF SIENA.

Economic operators for whom there are causes of exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of the Code. Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure. Have performed a total of 1,500,000.00 collective catering services in the last three years, in favor of public and / or private clients, for a turnover of at least Euro 1,500,000.00 plus VAT in accordance with the law. Execution concluded or in progress in the last three years of at least one collective catering service referred to a single contract entrusted by a public or private client, for an amount not less than Euro 700,000.00 plus VAT in the terms of the law
