This consultation concerns the provision of telecommunications services for the Douaisis Agglomeration Community (provision of subscriptions and mobile telephony equipment, Internet access services and the routing of communications).

This lot includes:

- the supply of subscriptions to the main IPBX,

- the provision of telephone subscriptions (analog, Numeris, ...)

- the routing of incoming and outgoing calls.

The outbound package proposal would be a plus.

This lot includes xdsl Internet links on copper or fiber media with or without a telephone line.

This lot includes the provision of mobile telephony equipment and services and mobile internet for all the users concerned and for all sites in the Douaisis Agglomeration Community.
