The market is an ordinary market. The deadline is a maximum of 20 months of work (including the site preparation period) from the time of the service order to start the work.
The contracting authority, in order to promote employment and fight against exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of Article L2112-2 of the Public Procurement Code by including in the specifications of these contracts a mandatory clause of insertion through economic activity.

The Company that will be awarded the contract will have to carry out an integration action allowing access to or return to employment for people encountering particular social or professional difficulties.
A possible additional benefit is defined:
- Possible additional service no. 1: Removal of the existing fence and wicket and supply and installation of a fence on the preserved concrete base.
