3. Order - purchase of energy for 12 energy consumption points in the planned energy quantity of 2 660 MWh — detailed description of the object of the order in accordance with Annex No 7 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (uniform text of the Journal of Laws of 2021. 220, item 7716 as amended) hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in a planned total quantity of 2 660 MWh (+/- 10%) for 12 energy consumption points for the Contracting Authority and its organisational units between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022 ( the forecast time limit i.e. 12 months from the date of the contract). The Contracting Authority does not provide for a change in the amount of pre-emptive points, but if necessary, it may be more likely to reduce the number of these points. If an increase is needed, of course, changes within the tariff group.

The Contracting Authority does not currently use promotional agreements.

1. The object of the contract is the purchase of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws 2006 No 89 pos. 625 of late. Changes) hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in a planned total quantity of 2,660 MWh (+/- 10%), for 12 energy consumption points for the Contracting Authority and its organizational units 12 months from the date of the signing and the application of the contract).

2. For the objects listed in Table No 1 below, the Contracting Authority specified for each meter the information regarding the changes previously made by the electricity seller.

3. The Contracting Authority specifies that the payer of vat invoices for the purchase of electricity on the data collection points are the relevant organizational units of the Contractor specified in Table No 1, meaning that the Contractor will be obliged to issue separate invoices for the energy sold for each point conscription.

4. The Contracting Authority will purchase energy for the purpose of the end customer within the meaning of the Energy Law Act. Details of the individual collection points are presented in Table No 1

5. All energy consumption points are attached to the relevant network of the DSO specified for each energy consumption point in Table No 1

6. The electricity consumption declared in paragraph 1 above shall be an estimate and shall be used to calculate the price of the offer.

7. Electricity should comply with the technical parameters in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act and the implementing regulations of this Act

and Polish Norms.

8. For the calculation of the quantity of planned electricity consumption, the period of notice resulting from the contracts currently concluded was taken into account. Electricity Consumption

is on the basis of the existing tariff group.

9. Table 1 shows the existing profile of electricity consumption in MWh with a monthly breakdown and/or consumption zones. Due to the mode of operation and characteristics of the
