Provision of services related to the organization and conduct of early child development support classes under the government program "For Life" - XXII part

The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to the organization and conduct of early child development support classes under the government program "For Life" in order to ensure the implementation of the tasks of the leading coordination, rehabilitation and care center in 2023 for the Prof. Zofia Sękowska Special School and Education Center for Disabled Children and Youth in Lublin co-financed from the comprehensive support program for families "For Life" - XXII part.

Part I – Provision of services related to conducting early child development support classes by a Speech Therapist/Neurologopedist

Provision of services related to conducting classes of early support of child development by a Speech Therapist / Neurologopedist for a maximum of 500 hours.

Part X – Provision of services related to conducting classes of early support of child development by a surdopedagogue

Provision of services related to conducting classes of early support of child development by a Surdopedagogue for a maximum of 250 hours.

Part XI – Provision of services related to conducting classes of early support of child development by Typhlopedagogue

Provision of services related to conducting classes of early support of child development by a typhlopedagogue for a maximum of 600 hours.

Part XII – Provision of services related to conducting classes of early support of child development by Typhlopedagogue

Provision of services related to conducting early child development support classes by a typhlopedagogue for a maximum of 500 hours.

Part XIII – Provision of services related to conducting early child development support classes by the Vision Instructor
