The purpose of this RFT is to establish a single-operator Framework Agreement for the provision of MyNMBI Support, Next Generation Support and Technical Oversight Services with respect to NMBI’s MyNMBI NextGen Solution and to award an initial contract. The scope of the Framework Agreement includes: 1. Support of the current MyNMBI system and support transition to the Nextgen system. 2. Programme / Project Support Services during the procurement and transition phases. 3. ICT Technical Consultancy and Oversight Services. 4. Programme / Project Management Services. 5. Related Services.
