Description:
Delivery in the form of operational leasing of 3 pieces of brand new city buses with a completely low floor manufactured in 2019.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery in the form of operational leasing of 3 brand new low-floor diesel buses fueled with diesel (ON), manufactured in 2019.

2. Buses referred to in item 1 must meet the technical requirements set out in the Technical Specification - Annex 4 to the ToR (detailed description of the subject of the contract).

3. The buses offered must be brand new, manufactured not earlier than 6 months before the set date of collection, not used for tests, presentations, tests or similar purposes. Buses must be equipped with an engine that meets EURO 6 emissions requirements.

4. The buses offered must be vehicles on the day of submitting the offer in continuous serial production of the manufacturer, ie they were already sold by the Contractor (make, model and type of propulsion).

5. The scope of the contract includes the supply of 3 buses with electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems), additional equipment in connection with the authorization, necessary software, documentation and training on the terms set out in these ToR.

6. Buses should meet all the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31.12.2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 855, as amended), issued based on Article. 66 section 5 of the Act of 20.6.1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 53, 60), have a certificate of approval and SORT - 2 copy of the Technical Report on Road Fuel Consumption (SORT 2 test) by supplied buses, developed in accordance with the guidelines of the UITP (International Association of Public Transport), in completion and equipment in accordance with the vehicle delivered including the power unit (engine, gearbox - if applicable, drive bridge) and the size of tires identical to the delivered buses. The report should be made by an independent certified research unit authorized to perform the test and prepare a report.

7. All buses (also called vehicles) that are the subject of the contract must:

a) be identical in terms of technical parameters and completeness, have the same styling and colors, equipment and organization of the passenger space,

b) be produced by the same producer,

c) have components of a given type which are identical in all vehicles in terms of technical parameters and completeness, and have been manufactured by the same manufacturer.

8. Vehicles must have the necessary documents to allow their registration and operation in Poland.

9. The Contractor shall guarantee the proper construction of vehicles (including the quality and selection of materials used) and their implementation in accordance with applicable norms and regulations.

10. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer (Article 30 (5) of the PPL).

11. The contracting authority requires that in the contract in question the share of goods originating in the Member States of the European Union or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25 / EU apply pursuant to a Council decision exceed 50%. The offer of the Contractor whose declared participation in the performance of the contract of goods originating in the Member States of the European Union or countries with which the European Community has concluded agreements on equal treatment of enterprises does not exceed 50% will be rejected pursuant to art. 138c paragraph 1 point 4) of the PPL Act.
