The assignment concerns the implementation of the survey “Barometer Living Together” in 2022, 2023 and 2024, a mixed-mode survey: a web survey (CAWI) supplemented by a written survey. The sample consists of 12 000 people of Belgian, European and non-European origin in Flanders and Brussels.

Specifically, the assignment includes the following tasks:

1. the format of the letters, tickets, written questionnaire and online query tool;

2. translating the questionnaire, letters and cards and testing the online and written questionnaire;

3. printing questionnaires, letters and cards;

4. Handling the shipments;

5. Processing the online and written questionnaires;

6. Providing a cleaned SPSS data file;

7. delivering a comprehensive technical report.
