property tax valuation of all properties in the municipality. In connection with the property tax valuation, the Land Register must also
be updated for all properties.
The contracting authority's primary need is for assistance with the property tax valuation process, so that the municipality is able to assess property tax in accordance with § 3 letter a of the Property Tax Act, by the deadline of 01.03.2024.
Meløy municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with a framework agreement for
property tax valuation of all properties in the municipality. In connection with the property tax valuation, the Land Register must also
be updated for all properties.
Meløy municipality's needs can be summarised in the following points:
- Planning and execution of property tax valuation of all properties
- Checking, updating and correcting Land Register data
- Handling complaints, corrections and other follow-up work for the property tax valuation
- Property tax valuation of new properties that are added during the agreement period
- Training of elected representatives, board members and municipal employees who will manage property taxation
- Assistance with levying property taxes
The contracting authority's primary need is for assistance with the property tax valuation process, so that the municipality is able to assess property tax in accordance with § 3 letter a of the Property Tax Act, by the deadline of 01.03.2024. Since the contracting authority has not previously undergone a general main property tax valuation, assistance is needed for the entire process. As well as with complaints and case management and other related work where the contracting authority finds it necessary to have assistance from the consultant.
