The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and harvesting,

timber transport, maintenance of forest facilities, side activities, seed and nursery, to be performed in the area of the Oborniki Śląskie Forest District in 2023 resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. The subject of the order has been divided into 5 parts ("Package")

; Package 6.1 – Forestry:End; Package 6.2–forestry:Prusice and Osolin; Package 6.3–forestry: Trzebnica and Pęgów; Package 6.4–forestry:Rościsławice;

,Package 6.5 -Forestry Jary Nursery

The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages. The offer submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of work.
