The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding, selection and protection, seed production, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as maintenance of forest infrastructure and hunting, to be carried out in the Elbląg Forest District in 2024.
