The TMB intends to award communication services (creation and media) for a period of two years (1.1.2022- 31.12.2023) with the option of extending them twice by one year each, i.e. no later than 31 December 2025 as part of a restricted procedure under close public competition (§ 16 VgV). The services are awarded in 2 lots. It can be awarded to different bidders.
Lot 1
Within the scope of this lot, holistic communication concepts (e.g. for campaigns) as well as the layouts for individual advertising media (online and offline; domestically and abroad are to be implemented by the contractor.
Lot 2
The tasks of this batch include consulting, conception and medias-side implementation of the communication measures of the tourist state marketing for Brandenburg.
Conception and creation of communication strategies and audiovisual contentConception of campaigns and operational implementation of projects of the regional tourism marketing of Brandenburg for the years 2022 et seq. taking into account the existing brand strategy and the current CD manual.
