NS wants to realize a new train assembly hall on its site in Haarlem (hereinafter also called TSH, or building 29) with rail infrastructure or yard.

NS intends to award the contract to, in particular by concluding a building team agreement (incl. Waiver) with a contractor who will jointly construct the new train assembly hall with associated rail infrastructure / yard in Haarlem with other experts, prepare in a construction team context. In the construction team, the participants set themselves the ultimate goal of delivering a design ready for implementation.

Scope tender:

- participation in Bouwteam.

Scope realization work:

- new train assembly hall, NS intends to realize a new train assembly hall of approximately 10,000 m² containing 5 tracks (4 x 180 m, 1 x 110 m),

- rail infrastructure / yard,

- building coordination.
