The Spain barracks is a military wasteland of 5 ha, located in the heart of the city of Auch, project owner of the requalification project. It offers more than 20,000 square meters of floor space in a set of buildings spread over both banks of the Gers River.The services are divided into 9 tranches defined below and to the parts of the market. A category II CSPS is expected for each phase of work. The deadlines for the execution of each tranche shall be set in the CPC. In the event of recovery over time, the minimum overall duration for the performance of all services is 48 months.
