The Dresden State Art Collections intend to hold a special exhibition in Moscow, Russia
The subject of the service advertised by the Dresden State Art Collections is the logistics planning planning and the transport of the works of art by land from Germany to Russia and back.
- overall coordination of the art logistic handling of the project,
- the measurement of the exhibition exhibits for the production of the appropriate packaging (climate boxes, etc.). These are mostly medium-sized paintings on various supports such as canvas, cardboard and wood, as well as sculptures and contemporary works of art,
- New production or rental of appropriate packaging (climate boxes, etc.),
- packaging of the individual plants in Dresden and at other stations in Germany,
- loading the packed exhibits onto the respective means of transport,
- land transport,
- Courier organization and support including travel planning, hotel booking and application for appropriate visas, preparation of courier plans,
- Timely processing of all necessary customs formalities and obtaining all necessary permits,
- unloading the packed exhibits and bringing them into the exhibition rooms / removal from the exhibition rooms and loading the packed exhibits after the end of the exhibition,
- Unpacking the exhibits at the exhibition location in Russia / uninstalling and packing the exhibits after the end of the exhibition at the exhibition location / unpacking the exhibits after returning to Dresden and at other stations,
- If necessary, external storage of the empty boxes at the exhibition location, including appropriate removal and transport to and from the storage location.
The financial scope of the service is limited to EUR 315,000. Offers must be made taking the financial restrictions into account.
