1. The subject matter of the contract is the supply of a laboratory jaw crusher for rocks, hereinafter referred to as 'the equipment',

for the Faculty of Oceanography and Geography of the University of Gdańsk.

2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification code: 42900000-5 (various general purpose and special purpose machinery), 38900000-4 (various testing or testing instruments).

3. The order includes:

a) delivery, assembly and commissioning of equipment,

b) training of at least 1 employee of the Contracting Authority in the use of the equipment within the time specified

in Chapter IV of the SWZ.

4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract.

5. Place of delivery of equipment: Department of Quaternary Geomorphology and Geology, 4 Bażyńskiego Street, 80-309 Gdańsk, room B108.

6. The customer requires a warranty for the equipment for a period of at least 24 months.
