The subject of this invitation to tender is the additional procurement of further services for the further development of the groundwater quality and designation measurement network on the basis of the General Administrative Regulation for the designation of nitrate-polluted and eutrophicated areas amended in 2022 in accordance with § 13a Fertiliser Ordinance (AVV GeA, 2022).

The LANUV intends to award the site inspection, preliminary planning and preparation of specifications for the construction of new groundwater measuring points, the expert implementation of construction supervision, as well as the implementation of measuring point tests (obtaining master data, measuring point documents and measurement data, on-site tests, functional and suitability tests, creation of measuring point passports) in a framework agreement with an economic operator in an open procedure.
