the Framework Agreement, single-awarded without negotiation or reopening of competition, concerns the supply of food, grass hay, horse bedding and evacuation, transport and treatment of manure to the Parc Équestre du Touquet-Paris-Plage, and includes 5 lots: lot 1 (supply of wheat straw exclusively), lot 2 (take-back, transport and treatment of manure), lot 3 (supply of dust-free chips), Lot 4 (supply of grass hay) and lot 5 (supply of pellets). It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount over the duration of the contract of 640,000 euro excl. tax for lot 1, 202,000 euro excl. tax for lot 2, 344,000 euro excl. tax for lot 3, 760,000 euro excl. tax for lot 4 and 200,000 euro excl. tax for lot 5.

Variants are not allowed and there are no mandatory variants.
