GWG Ingolstadt is carrying out the construction of a new residential complex with a day care center on Stargarder Strasse, consisting of 5 houses, including 2 high-rise buildings with 12 and 18 upper floors respectively, and a large underground garage. The master builder work has been in progress since August the year before last, and the execution of facade and finishing works will begin in 2022.

GFA total approx. 24,000 m2, of which underground parking approx. 3,500m2

Building heights of approx. 13 m to 55 m above OK grounds (ancillary facilities up to approx. 4 m)

The following services are to be offered for the construction project:

Delivery and installation of sheet steel doors with fire protection requirements and multi-part aluminium-glass elements with fire protection requirements, installation in Stb walls, partly exposed concrete, distributed over 5 components

complete with all connections according to fire protection requirements, built-in parts such as door closers, swing door drives, veneers, etc.,

Sheet steel doors 1.01 /01.135 x 2.135m total 45 pcs, RS, T30, T30-RS. T90

multi-part RR door elements, aluminium glass, with single-leaf doors, fixed glazed side panels and skylights, requirement T30-RS, fire protection glazing

for installation in staircases and elevator vestibules of the bt B / D high-rise buildings

The execution of the work should start on 08.11.2022 and be completed on 03.05.2023.

The residential complex will be built in sections, so the assembly work must also be carried out in sections or components. This can lead to interruptions in the construction process.
