The subject of the contract are services consisting in the performance by the Contractor of ancillary work on the operation of production, workshop and ancillary equipment at the Experimental Plant of IMN.

The contracting authority specifies the dimension of service provision for a basic amount of 52,560 man-hours (one man-hour equals one clock hour) over 12 months, with an estimated monthly demand of 4,380 man-hours. At the same time, the minimum demand threshold for services rendered is 25,704 man-hours in 12 months, with an estimated monthly demand of 2,142 man-hours.

The Employer reserves that in the event of the Employer not using the service in the basic amount, i.e. 52,560 man-hours, it is allowed to further extend the deadline for the performance of the Contract by a maximum of 3 months, at the unilateral request of the Employer. The detailed scope of services rendered and the required authorizations are described in Annex 7 to the ToR.

At the same time, a minimum threshold of demand for services rendered in the amount of 25,704 man-hours in 12 months is assumed, with an estimated monthly demand of 2,142 man-hours. The Employer reserves that in the event of the Employer not using services in the basic amount, i.e. 52,560 man-hours, the possibility of further extension of the contract performance deadline by a maximum of 3 months, at the unilateral request of the Employer. The request for extension of the service period is binding for the Contractor. It is allowed to hire persons on the Employer's website based on a previously prepared and mutually approved rental schedule of employees performing the service, covering a period of at least 1 month. Additional orders will be carried out on the same terms as the basic order, during of the Agreement. The monthly demand for man-hours will depend on the current production and technical needs, and the use of this demand in an amount less than the maximum, while maintaining a minimum amount, will not be a reason to bring claims on the part of the Contractor. Place of performance of the service: Instytut Metali Nieżelaznych w Gliwice Branch in Legnica, ul. Złotoryjska 194, 59-220 Legnica (HM Legnica area), Experimental Plant of Metallurgy, together with subordinate facilities. The basic scope of services provided includes:

Loading, unloading and lubrication of waste hazardous materials and auxiliary materials; servicing of rotary kiln installations with auxiliary devices as well as power and gas devices; servicing of gas burners; servicing of pressure devices, pumps, blowers and fans; servicing of other production equipment as well as workshop and auxiliary machines and tools (manual and stationary) with forklift truck operation. The implementation of technical work in the field of repairs, repairs and maintenance in accordance with the qualifications and authorizations of employees and based on the guidelines of documentation and / or approved sketches or technical designs. The detailed scope of services provided and the required authorizations have been described in Annex 7 to the ToR. According to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PZP Act, the Employer requires the Contractor to employ under the Employment Agreement all persons performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the contract and included in Annex 7 and 8. On the day of signing the contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Employer a List of persons (Annex 8) who will participate in the performance of the contract. The contractor is required to provide its employees with the personal protective equipment required for the appropriate workstations and activities contained in Annex 7, such as masks, work clothes, gloves, helmets, footwear, visors, safety glasses, etc. The contractor is required to appoint the Coordinator's side regarding the implementation of services covered by the Agreement. In the event of using social facilities (cloakroom and bathhouse), the Employer has the right to charge the Contractor a fee in this respect. The cost of using the social facilities: using the cloakroom - PLN 6.00 net per staff member per month, using the bath - PLN -1.00 net per staff member per month. The Awarding Entity sets the date of the on-site visit to the facility as at 28/12/2018 at 10:00.
