Construction works consisting in securing landslides and building a logging route. the order consists of three parts. A detailed description of the construction works being the subject of the contract is specified in the design documentation including:

- Construction project - attachments 11, 15, 19 to the Terms of Reference

- Executive design - annexes 12, 16, 20 to the ToR

- Bill of quantities - Annexes 10, 14, 19 to the Terms of Reference

- Detailed Technical Specifications of Works Performance and Acceptance - Annexes 9, 13, 17 to the ToR.

The scope of planned works includes: securing the landslide by making a stone pitch over a length of about 94m, building height 6-12m, forming a slope of 1: 1 (terracing the slope where necessary); making a stone coating of wedge boulders 30-50 cm thick on geotextile and wooden log shelves and supplementing the coating with a gravel fraction; making a stone threshold from vertical boulders over a length of approx. 120 m; filling defects and stabilizing the stone retaining wall within the investment plot border; filling defects and stabilizing the existing retaining wall;

Installation of the trail surface with a stone threshold at the end as part of strengthening the existing retaining wall; hardening the trail connection and building a slope sewage as drainage off the slope.

Scope of planned works:

Landslide development with a stone dump above the road over a length of approx. 35 m; stone sewage diverting the waters of the periodic stream to the designed ford, about 30 m long, building height above the road about 4-6 m; strengthening the fragment of the road with stone pavement; maintaining the width of the road at the top of the arch min. 6m over a length of approx. 20 m; construction of a wood-stone ford directing water from two periodic streams towards the valley; ford outlet in the form of stone and wooden thresholds with a height of about 8.45 m; building the slope with wooden-stone (box) groats below the road in two sections, approx. 6 m and 18 m long; building height below the road approx. 6m.

Scope of planned works:

- development of a tourist / skidding trail over a length of approx. 365 m and a width of 2.5 m,

- development of the trail using 10 water holes,

- trail construction with 8 wooden thresholds
